And I plan to do a project like this each year (or 2)I'm here to read and learn about experiences from you all around the world, and also get advices even if laws are differents in each country, main business is the same.I travel often in USA so maybe one day I will start investing there :)Hope to get in touch with many interesting people here

Many investors in your area actually team up and invest in other markets throughout the country where the returns are so much better.

The other five consist of a country club, five health clubs with office buildings.
