Not sure if they were scared to bid, or just did not want to bid it up, or why they waited.I may do it in the future....just to make some fast money.I would go to the organizers of the sale first....that might be a law firm or it could be the county tax assessor or collector.

It's hard to say if that area will stay stagnant or have a bit of a boom.

Plus, with some patience and savvy investing, you could eventually turn your portfolio into a booming real estate business.

Are they true professionals, or are they glorified rent collectors? 

A few calls in a month and boom -- you're upside down.And I always thought 1 month rent for tenant placement is high but remember PM's will post to the MLS, and 1/2 that fee will go to the tenant agent.  

Generally, anything with the word heights ( socal city views ) was very good originally, went south during the more suburbs boom faze and will go back to good/better as location spacial relationship factors comes back into play.

North Texas, however, continues to stand out as a promising investment location, especially with the booming job opportunities in the region.

You can inform the debtor that you intend to ruin her credit by reporting the judgment to the CRA's unless she takes your settlement offer.If none of the above work, then you will have to report the debt through a third-party collector or through an attorney.
