No adults in the home that aren't on the lease, turns into an out of luck family member needing a place to stay short term, turns into 17 people in a 3 bedroom home)

The plumber I had hired to go fix it for her and bill back to her still stopped by and checked on it but didn't charge her (probably because she's an attractive female). 

I'm hoping to get started with REI within the next several months and I'm looking for some referrals for professionals to have on my team and investor colleagues (especially other females).

Jose Duque Devil's Advocate: Have you account for the increased wear and tear of having 6 full-sized adults in a house?

I am a pet owner and animal lover myself, and I would hate to have to give up one of my pets as they are like family, but sometimes adults have to make adult decisions 

My two "adult" children currently live there but they will be exiting the property in January.  

Even adult children who the parents want to be occupants not tenants on the lease.

I tell them I need an application filled out by each adult.
