It needs to be cleaned every few years because it does accumulate lint and other debris.

The property is owned outright and not doing anything but accumulating taxes.

All I did was scrub the 40+ years of accumulated grease off and gave a very light sanding and started staining. 

That allows me relatively headache free accumulation of additional real estate, rather than chasing money that is still technically on time.

If I get to 30 it will be a blip.So, if you think you might continue and accumulate more if you find you like it, go for it, but buy right!

The solar company makes money on the front end from you (or the city, or whoever pays, or the tax credits), and on the back end when they sell the energy credits.So where I think this might get sticky is in the accumulation and sale credits from 1 person or entity.
