I have also started a Youtube channel which I am hoping will turn out successful to have a little extra money each month wether it be $10 or $1000/month.I'm hoping to have $40-50k paid off then pull out the equity when refinanced which I'm not really sure what I want to do with the money right now, but I'm sure I will know at that point in time.

To get there I took the idea from one of Brandon Turner's YouTube videos.
