First, learn about ways to make money last, set your aims, grasp house hacking, check if you're ready money-wise, do deep market checks, make friends with local home investors, agents, lenders, and those who manage properties, go deep into property details, and get to know the local home laws well.

I bought after reno but added brand new 5 Ton AC unit, dual sets of washer and dryers.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Maybe the way its appropriated needs to be revisited, but where else are you going to find an industry that makes sense in the middle of the Pacific where we have so many limitations?  

Condos are more for the lifestyle investor, as cashflow and ROI is limited, given they compete with hotel prices.A good realtor and property manager will show you which resort and bedroom performs best. 

Furthermore, on the cost and labor side, there has been no/limited easing.Personally, I do not think that the luxury traveler is in the market for April and May.
