Credit Card rewards are the biggest scam, do you think Chase or BOA or WF are just giving you rewards like that without cost?

As someone who's invested in everything from public to private real estate, I can tell you it's a rewarding journey.

I'm just wondering what some of those people are doing who contracted with him and have learned the ropes after several deals, with the help of locals too, and are now wanting to get out of the contract so they can reap the full rewards.

Owning a home has its rewards, but it's also a full time job (which is how I know I would not enjoy managing rental property).

The risk/reward seems highly weighted in favor of keep tenant. 

However, by taking proactive steps to mitigate risks, such as building up a reserve fund and working with experienced partners, investors can increase their chances of success and potentially reap significant rewards in the long run.

But, decide for yourself, if you like the risk/reward of more leverage to grow more quickly.Good luck.

Hi @Ryan DuffyFirstly, welcome to BiggerPockets and taking the first step in starting your REI it is certainly rewarding in many aspects. 

The question would be specific for the different markets because the different markets and the A,B,C, D grade investment properties typically play hand and hand higher risk means higher reward , lower risk means lower reward (ie cash flow)..  

What is your Risk/Reward factor?
