we've been talking to two organizations so far---one is based in wappingers falls, called "integrity property management" and the manager is Chris Orefice (unfortunate, i know)the other is Jim Haywood out of NewburghI've gotten a good feeling from Chris, not so much from Jim, but they both end up at around 10% of the gross, and neither have an clause in cases of vacancy.... so, not great.Any other help would be much appreciated!
