You don't have to buy their package, that they are sure to pitch, but you get to meet and network with people at the events that are like you.

At the time it was a part of my coaching package, so i went with it. 

We knew they were going to sell us on other packages and we thought we wouldn't buy into it but in the end they got us.

They usually have a few "levels" of packages that will each cover certain things.

The main problem too is that Ms.Kelly is otherwise a great tenant whom we all like very much, and I don't want to cause any problems for her.Thanks for your attention to this matter, and for your discretion on my behalf.

We buy, sell, flip, develop land/home packages, hold as rentals - anything mobile homes. 

And BTW, also have a look at Chris Prefontaine's "Quantum Leap Systems" package for a grand... they are averaging $40k.- $100k. plus per Sandwich Lease Option now, and $20k. per Cooperative LO "paper flip!")

I'd like guests to have the ability to book both houses as a package.  

If she wants to show up from somewhere across the country or across the world and be able to go to sleep and function immediately when she gets there provide a  basic living and bedroom setup ready when she arrives and maybe a care package for the kitchen. 

The other route would be to tackle a bit of the sourcing and packaging and sell deals till you have sufficient funds to buy.
