While I'm also looking around, I figured I might as well ask the nice folks on BP.If you have a broker you love or a policy you've used before, would you mind sharing that info?

I purchased this home back in 2020 knowing full well that eventually it would require a good bit of rehabbing.

If you can't satisfy this 3 point test, there's significant risk associated with pursuing an STR strategy no matter how well the project underwrites today.

Sure, some are miserable people who live to make others miserable as well but most just want to do the job and move along.Every area as a few sticking points they seem to emphasize that other areas wouldn't take a second look at (eg- placement of sprinkler heads, etc.) which can cause headaches but once you learn them can be accounted for next time. 

Real Estate is a vast industry, and with dedication, continuous learning, and ample networking, success is within reach.

Well at the time I was a single guy/military.

I want somebody to fund up to a certain amount, $100-$200mil preferably, yet want to offer equity on acquisitions picked up after that amount is met and future real estate relate businesses, such as construction and staying companies as well.  

Then work on annexing into the town of Wellington in order to rezone other parcel (B) to industrial or commercial to follow towns comprehensive plan.

That one day trip will be well worth it.
