But mine aren't in a bad neighborhood, so I not only put "for rent" signs on the vacant ones - I put "for rent" signs on my nearby OCCUPIED houses (after telling the tenant there that I'm not trying to get rid of them, just trying to get the phone ringing more for the vacancy around the corner or down the block).

They meet every Wed morning and they have around 40-60 regular attendees and they provide great content and great networking and have a speaker every week.

My phone rings several times an hour with banks and lenders hitting me with their pitch.

Ring camera units are easy to mount most anywhere and relatively small.

The Ring Cities, cities touching Detroit, seem to offer the best bang for an investors buck:) We do all kinds of business in them.

So you end up building equity in all of the homes to borrower down the road for more investment properties, Wedding, New Baby, etc!
