My other property is being managed by a property manager and, I must say, having a property manager definitely does remove lots of the stress and headache of having to deal with tenant problems.

It's a great plan when transitioning out of the military and provides a much needed cushion to benefit the family during that sometimes stressful time.I would also recommend that you continue your saving mindset once you transition to the civilian life.

One thing I will stress upon though, you need to get educated, but if you join a guru class or workshop, DO NOT buy from them as it is a complete conflict of interest.
