Can anyone recommend sites/ information that teaches the raw cut of how to use hard money without getting screwed.

HI Ben I use to teach at a local college and if there is something I can do to help a student with there studies more then willing to assist

Here are some possibilities:- Bank - it will teach you about financing RE.- Property management company - it will teach you to manage properties and take care of them.- Construction company - fix and flip & rehab training.- Real estate agency - work those RE deals!

I am counting on you all to help me out and teach me the right steps to follow starting with the first thing I am expected to do.

Now me, I'd rather teach wholesalers how to stay out of trouble, get messed up with owners, be in a position to be sued and be successful, but I only do that for those that listen, who are willing to learn and work, the quick buck types can go sell shoes!

(Sometime I thought if they earn millions from their strategy then why they weast their time with teaching?)

I am at the point where I need some mentors hip or even a partner who would be interested in teaching a new guys the ropes.

@Manuel Savorelli and @Anthony Geren  hey guys the cash out refinance plan is the strategy @Brandon Turner teaches and uses for the BRRR plan of becoming a millionaire.  

I don't just want to use him, I'd like to earn his time and expertise so I'm on a mission to find deals and bring them to him so that he can basically take over and teach me.

I know how people who are in the position to teach others are looking for someone of value, and I'm sure I have plenty, I just need guidance to find that.
