The push button combos are nice because the combo is never shown and you don’t have to worry about somebody forgetting to”reset” the tumblers before they leaveFor Realtor listings, we have electronic lockboxes that only open for licensed Realtors and are satellite tracked so you know immediately (or as fast as the data can upload) when and who opened the lockbox.

In all actuality, you'll be "figuring it out" your whole life, we all do, so don't stress :)  At the same time, don't be afraid of jumping right into it. 

I stressed on those plans big time. 

How do I handle the stress?

I’m torn between thinking I have to stay at this high stress/low paying job for 2 years just to meet that requirement or pursuing my career in brokering mortgages to kickstart and really ramp up my capital savings to obtain my house hack that much faster.

In the short time I have been doing this, I have certainly been learning that I have to just roll with the punches, try not to get too stressed when something goes wrong. 

We are planning to go ahead with a saving of at least 15%-20% down payment amount so that we can have less stress of mortgage.

Do not rush into the renovation, by taking the first week or week and half to really stress test your assumptions it will give you the opportunity to make changes to your plan without costly consequences.  

Supply chains are stressed and things can change week to week.

George, I am glad you got this resolved; the mortgage process is super stressful, its a wonder that someone has not come up with a better solution.
