Like any market, values and what constitutes a good opportunity can change street by street. 

Not all of these are going to be in great locations, and most will be in areas with high crime rates and drug problems.

I think an undergraduate degree with a concentration in finance is a good choice whether you pursue a career investing in real estate or wall street. 

The college town in my area requires an off street parking spot for every person over 18 occupying the residence not necessarily a parking spot per bedroom.
