I wanted to buy a multifamily house in Albany NY.I just need an advice where is the good area to invest in Albany?

Where I'm stuck is whether I should use a metering system that pre-prints a stamp onto the envelop or find a machine that can place a physical stamp onto an envelope (obviously I can't sit there all day stamping).I'm thinking from the perspective of mail that looks to "businessy" vs. mail that looks more personalized for better response/conversion rates.

I do see these on the MLS from time to time, where you'll have 4-6 bedroom property getting like $2,500 a month or something crazy because it's some type of boarding or rehabilitation home.

Create a community where people are proud of where they live, have a sense of community with friendships and make alot of money at the same time.We started with a couple parks that had majority POH's.

Where it gets tricky is when they move out.

Syndicators often do that so that the fee going in can be substantial.My syndications I like doing are more small ball where I get immediate upside.
