That startup capital was not adequate and so now I'm looking for a day job and shifting this into a side hustle. 

It also reveals how important it is to anticipate shifts in the market as they can make a home run into  a strike out if market conditions go against you.

Is this an indication of a serious problem or is this just minor shifting over time?

I just spoke to a contractor (he offers waterproofing services for foundations - so I question his expertise).He said that because the foundation is block, the blocks will shift at different speeds - thus generating the cracks.What do you guys think?

Nick,It's almost impossible to determine from just these few photos but normally cracks in the mortar joints are signs of building shift which could be due to foundation movement or possible water intrusion.

About a year later some inside doors started sticking upstairs and downstairs due to the foundation shifting.

Then shift your mindframe, think about their money as your money.

I understand the eviction part, but my confusion is, eviction is just the posession part of things, when you hit the super-sloth mode on that, why didn't you shift gears and focus on the financial side, and financial remedies?

The market shift has me feeling a little stuck and overwhelmed every place I look.
