My in-training PO showed me this website the moment we were talking about nice homes to look for when I first got posted here.In all this leads me to this tl;dr:- looking to find my first deal in Halifax, but can't decipher from the information I'm reading- since I have a lot of time on my hands, I am willing to learn but need someone to show me the ropes- I unfortunately don't have a lot of DIY skills, but am good with website building/graphics and social media- looking for local (if not, Canadian) REI groups.

They made us have our RE license so everybody is properly trained and qualify to address investors and sellers, (even though you really don't need the license to wholesale) .I Was able to almost triple my income in the first year and along with the knowledge I have gained and now on my now second-year, I'm projecting to already 5x this one also on track to get my first income-producing prop. and in the process of moving from my own house and renting my current as well,  PLus all great connection and valuable feedback when people see you are an asset in this industry you get multiple requests to partner So, possibilities open up.
