I would just stay away from deals valued at less than $130k, as you will have difficulty finding financing, as many lenders have a $100k minimum loan amount.

I Just had a lady call me on a deal we did 6 years ago for and she always calls me for anyone in distress, or needs to sell (that one was from a lender that knew I did flips).

I want to talk to all the banks I can about refinancing options, the bank we have our current mortgage in is Ibercaja and they are not too helpful, if anyone could share info on the most investor-friendly banks in Spain and also serious private lenders (without so many referalls and other like minded investors to ask about lenders as in other countries I find it hard to trust the advertising of private loans you see everywhere) it would be helpful also.

They would compliment a hard money lender not replace them.

His primary mortgage was sold to a private lender in the early 2000s and he claims he had to give an explanation each time as to why he financed with a private lender with such poor reputation every time his credit was pulled.
