I needed a reminder to slow down because it will likely not go well if I don’t have patience!

Also, lets face it---anybody who buys some sort of multifamily is automatically becoming a landlord unless they have some sort of extended family that will be living in the adjoining units..Let me also remind you of the power of leverage, which in real estate is the only time its a "good thing." 

Columbus aside, investing in Ohio reminds me of those investors who kept trading K-Mart shares after it went into bankruptcy. 

They might not reach that timeline but atleast you have something to remind them of. 

Remind them to leave cabinets under sinks open and the faucet dripping.  

But I like to say that I love owning and self managing at harbor lights because it constantly reminds me how great I have it and how not everyone gets the same opportunities I’ve gotten in life.

Does anyone know of an app that you can do this on and set reminders to followup and track the properties?

It does take a month or so to get it, so one's kind waiting and hoping there's no issueAlso, on a side note thanks for reminding me to get on with setting up my tier 1 reporting accounts and continuing the process.
