As a college student and aspiring investor while at the moment obtaining my Real Estate License in Maryland, I am looking to connect with other like-minded individuals.

Pete fl and I'm just now starting to really pick up on the idea of real estate and very into me but my problem is that I am in college which I have student loans.

I also went to college, not that it is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  

I'm a new investor, and I found a property in a C class neighborhood (a lot of college kids also) that is in downtown Kalamazoo, MI that I'm hoping some of you BP'ers will give me some feedback on whether it's a deal you would enter into. 

Useful, but not necessary at all, as college courses focus on macroeconomics/microeconomics/corporate finance/etc.

I know they typically lend for a 6 month period, so I plan to pay for all the drawings and permits myself since those can take a lot of time.
