Sometimes, I see people add bedrooms when it doesn't make sense.It's often not as simple as just putting up a wall because you need lights, outlets, and proper ventilation.

Hi,I plan on getting out of rentals because it is becoming harder to be a landlord in Maryland.I'll be selling them.. but was wondering if it is a bad idea with regard to taxes to sell all of them right away.I understand that with a sell there are capital gains and depreciation recapture, but is there anything else that I should consider?

I recommend you try managing on your own, but be smart and spend time educating yourself on how to do it well by reading books, listening to podcasts, and interacting in the forums.You convince people you're not foolish by educating yourself.
