My personal feelings are; most landlords have some sort of superiority or Napoleon complex and they have a Love Hate Relationship where they love owning property, but hate tenants with a passion on a personal level and they hate doing what a landlord is supposed to do.

However, I have complementary skills that would make this move smart: I come from a construction background, I have years of experience and a passion for home construction/renovation, and I already have the discipline to work autonomously.

I really love your passion, but you won't be in this business very long, if you don't approach everything from the standpoint of creating win/win situations for everyone involved.

I found my passion when I found Investment Real Estate! 

However, like most, I finally was honest with myself and came to the conclusion that it's not what I really want to be doing, and it is most definitely not a passion or lifestyle I care to continue.
