I sell a lot of 2-4 unit multifamily in Pensacola and Gulf Breeze and the  buyers I've worked with or have purchased my listings this year were from: Virginia, California, Colorado, Military stationed overseas, Illinois, and 1 local. 

If the seller never sells then nothing is paid for commissions so the seller isn't triggering the event.Same reasoning applies where some service stations offer a lower price on gas if you pay with cash instead of a card. 

Its an extremely high gas station (260-270k gallons per month) with 15 to 18 cents profit per gallon. 

Maybe the left doesn't go to the gas station, Walmart, restaurants, banks, or other public places where crimes occur.

Hollywood and all of the major stations are being phased out.
