It's very possible/probable he is too busy at a University encampment to get a reply to this anytime soon.... 

Some ideas: posting on forums; reach out to your network; college campuses; business relocation sites; and yes, social media :) Use a good screening procedure to weed out unqualified applicants.

Mike,Under most Insurance policies for rented dwelling, apartment buildings, etc. that include Business Income or Loss of Rents coverage, it requires a covered loss. 

Capital expenditures (CapEx) are typically items that will be used in the course of business for more than 1 year.

Thus slowing down my business a bit.
