Is there a "nuclear" option like those Ozone machines, or some nerve gas level material I can bomb the place with!!

So far not including my time, in material alone I've got just under $3,000. 

I was driving for dollars in my backyard and stumbled upon this house that was obviously vacant.The curious thing, is there were multiple code violations and other material taped to the front door and windows.

OTOH if you are in a town that is being abandoned it could cash flow because you got it cheap, but may be bull doze material in a few years.

Having cash can avoid trips to bank to pay bills or pick up building materials when you do improvements.

But materials tend to be a bit cheaper at menards so I buy more from them.

for the large part I purchase the bulk of the materials myself.

Contractor suggested wood as the material, however I thought wood is more difficult to upkeep.

While disposals do make the solids smaller in size, the material still goes down the pipe and gets trapped in the defects causing blockage sooner and more frequently.

This should pass in short order.However, if the wrong adhesives or prep materials were used during installation, then this may be an issue that will not go away quickly.
