San Diego is a great town, loved it, even opened a real estate office there in a prime spot by the Shadow Ridge Country Club area in Vista ( It was ground floor time) and another in a little one room setup in La Mesa, and lived near Bird Rock.

It has an old coal room that has crumbling paint and some of the walls have loose rocks/mortar.

Yes Fannie and Freddie do minor cosmetic rehabs to get a better price, also Wells Fargo did sheet rock repair and painting of properties to increase the amount of money they could get out of the REO Sale..
