@Wayne Brooks I did not understand the technical details of what he says the problem is, so I won't try to say things that are probably wrong :) He said there's a hole in the line, but that he still isn't able to see everything and it could still be much worse.I completely understand that this can happen.

There are a lot more details to this story, but in the end, although it may have actually needed around $40k in repairs, I still felt comfortable purchasing at $187k.
