Also maybe someone who has been in my situation can share a path of their story for their first investment home or property?

One interesting story she told me was one obstinate seller, who is non wavering on his price.

Be personal, listen to his story, let him tell you the challenges he faced and how he overcame them.

If you're talking bigger than that, then it's obviously a different story.

Trade schools or things of that nature are a very different story. 

You will leave inspired to take action and armed with the knowledge of how to analyze/structure deals. 1.Find out what works and doesn’t work!
