If you know the market and where to price your property, a listing agent is really not going to add a lot to the process and will cost you 3%,  Now before I get blasted by agents posting how mush they add to the sale on the listing side, I will say that if you are not familiar with the sales process, maybe you need to pay the 3%. 

As all of us know the rates dropping for 2024 have had your average realtor and lender running to facebook to post about how great 2024 is going to be. 

I am buying my first STR and this information is very helpful.

I see post after post after post, hey can I get a list of your contractors, PM'S and hey how about a call so I can learn.

Often the county information about the sale will answer a lot of questions. 

I don't believe there were any updates to the notifications, but will keep you posted as I just asked our team.
