The scarcity mindset, the very opposite, is detrimental to growth and I’d add to fulfillment.

The space we want is 10,000 Sq. ft.We anticipate growth, since most of our business requires dry storage.Three of us just started separate business, so this warehouse space is too large for our current needs.

My guess is that because I did a double finance and didn't set it up with a lower purchase price this effected my results. all thoughts are welcome for growth of knowledge.

For example I live in an expensive area so my main task lately is I've been researching new markets that I can afford to invest in. 

Columbus historically resists recession in terms of population growth so for companies trying to sell goods or house office space there is always a demand.

Get some positive cash flow but great growth projections over the next 5-10 years in Central FL.  

This may hamper your growth by limiting the properties you can get.
