I guess the question is can you run a food vendor business profitably  ??  

Food prices advanced 3.5 percent over the past 12 months, while energy prices increased 13.2 percent over that period.

I am looking for a place to rent food trailer for me, it has to be in a square and that it be a permanent space.

They have major fast food places there like KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, etc...

I started late 2019, went against the grain and took a non-performer as my first note.

Also consider capex like a new roof, parking lot paving, new siding, etc... likely your lender will require a PCA (Property Condition Assessment), similar to a building inspection and they should be able to fairly accurately identify condition and useful life, however I would take their repair estimate $’s with a grain of salt. 

Well, almost as if fate was toying with me, a friend of mine messages me and says that there is a group of the Georgia Army National Guard deploying to Afghanistan in a few months, and that as an officer you would make your full salary, tax free, plus combat duty bonus pay, and have effectively no expenses as all your food and housing is covered by the Army.

In NY, I pay rent, $400 a month because I share a basement with friends, and food, which at the least is $200 a month and most probably more, like $400 a month on food.

Rotting food, burnt counters, destroyed toilets... my wife and I were in our mid 20s and this was our first home so we were a bit emotional.
