I'm interested in closing our physical office, as we are a 100% virtual company; but the state of Pennsylvania requires me to have a physical office.

Well after they were there for a couple hours they told us that the 65" TV in the living room was dead, the directv boxes were dead, the xbox was dead, the internet is dead, and the virtual pinball table boots up but the buttons don't work.  

I've seen plenty of videos suggesting that I go virtual and try my luck in the mid-western areas.

Comes with some nice furniture and AC.

He replied back with sympathy about my situation and wrote: "You may end the tenancy end of this week"Therefore, I rushed to move out and dump all of my furnitures and house hold goods to meet this deadline which was Aug. 1st.

I imagine if a tenant didn't use the garden as intended they could put some lawn furniture or something in the space and make designated hangout spot or maybe a dog run. 

Literally I furnished every piece of furniture and decorations from yard sales and online sales on facebook.
