Good afternoon gents, I’m a foreign investor from switzerland that got in the market 4 years ago for two properties in Mtl, le Plateau, mix commercial and plex, completely re-made them to pretty high standards of confort and insulation, and all units (9) are now in use, rent is up 50% after renovations. 

Some for example don't allow foreign ownership....like Thailand.

For a city that was way overpopulated to start with and where foreign investment has been a big factor, the small changes in most stats peopel use in these reports just doesn't matter much.

I'm not sure whether foreigners would rent those.

Why don't real estate investors do more foreign transactions?
