I have research a lot of houses before finally deciding on the particular property that I selected.

Because they know when I finally reach out to them with a deal it's going to be worth their time and a great deal.

But answering this before answering the FI specifics may lead you astrayYou need to get the front end nailed down before you can plan and work towards the goal.

After a few months of school and work here in Fairbanks, AK, I'm finally able to invest the majority of my time finding and making deals in the Salt Lake area. 

Especially district 5,6,7,8 ,9 and 13. if hungary finally accept the euro as its currency i belive that the market will be much more interesting to foreign investors and that will srive prices up signifficantly.
