There is plenty of unexpected work to do, like installing lighting in the living room and bedrooms.

There seem to be plenty of lots of land similar to (if not better than) the ones those cabins are built on for around $60k.So 3000sqft at $175 per sqft new build (is that about average for the area, or even a little high?)

In fact, I will admit I’ve made plenty of mistakes around personal finance, business decisions, real estate decisions, and even in my own marriage.

There is plenty of inventory available.   

There are plenty of great books right here on bigger pockets.

I'm sure there are plenty more like resources like those as well. 

Everything had added costs and change orders by the end and even when they finished up the work there were plenty of little things to be refinished and made to look nicer. contractors were often blaming the others for not being able to continue work, but they were all waiting on each other and wouldn't want to come in for a day or two so the others could continue their work.

I have sent this plenty of times. 

There are plenty of agents out there, who are very good at what they do, who are willing to give you back 1/2 their earned commission. 

There are plenty of deals in the Las Vegas area, you are probably just looking on the MLS.
