Have a process on what you are going to do with these leads. 

I sold a few homes in Jackson MS to Naca buyers.. its a process and the homes had to be in perfect condition before naca would close  IE FHA or VA appraisal standards at the minimum.. the program is designed for first time home buyers or low income home buyers also NACA was very firm on us ( the seller) buying down rate and closing costs. 

The process included one eviction, a procedure RCA is well versed in, taking roughly 2.5 months in Connecticut.The value-add process resulted in a ~60% increase in NOI from ~$74K at purchase to ~$118K on a run-rate basis after 7 months.

I ultimately decided that it was better to reevaluate after a year of saving and I'm now in a significantly better position to restart the process.

Hello everyone,I'm in the process of securing a loan for a new (my first) rental property purchase.

She has been great in helping me through the contract process.

I would love to get a screening report early on in the process since they can take it with them wherever they go!

likely begs a lot of questions, but most definitely property rights, designations, city statutes compliance with state law, etc.
