Also it depends on if they originated the loan or took the loan over from a bank buyout or part of an FDIC package where some banks were closed down.The percentages of loan types on the books versus the new loans they are underwriting will also make a difference.You could also talk to the loan department and see if they will sell the note at a discount.

Send ads to Large Employers (HR departments): Let them know you buy properties because if they need to transfer an employee, they don't get stuck carrying the house.

Many large towns will have everything online if you just search the different departments for it.If it's a smaller town where they are behind on technology if you do not want to pay for someone's assembled information then you will need to go to the building (s) there and do it yourself which will cost you extra time.
