I have seen it way too many times where someone gets in way over their head once they find out the house had all the copper piping, air conditioner and kitchen appliances, cabinets stolen.   

My first agent was only interested in making a sale and sugar coated all the issues.

The bathroom will be moved into an odd interior room that will be closed off and a door added.this will be closed off to make a small coat closet and a bedroom closet.

We purchased a single family foreclosure that did not have a CO at the time of closing.

Trying to hire cheapest idiots off the street to attempt to save pennies on repairs is not how you'll make money in this business. 

We had to replace electrical panels and rewire due to twisted aluminum and copper, plus had to replace the old Federal Pacific panels, at $3k for the panel and similar price for rewire.

Just bought our third rent house and 3 days after closing it was broken into and the hot water heater and the window A/C unit was stolen (presumably for the copper).
