Another i believe 30 and they still did not follow court orders so I was informed to call the police and a sheriff stood by the door as i was able to take out EVERY thing they own, And put it by the curb then change the locks. 

We also pay $100.00 once a year to have an annual trimming done on the trees.When you scale it makes much more sense just to strip everything down and lose the curb appeal, when we go to sell a property we install all new "pretty" plants and have the landscape look brand new for marketing.

(Not a huge boost in income) What you are also getting, however, are tenants who have a nicer place to live.

Curb appeal is important whether it be for a renter or an appraiser.

If left to saving $13,000, cash flow would have been spent elsewhere, and i would be paying a monthly "hidden interest" based on the type of tenants, and lower rents recieved b/c of worse curb appeal. 

No major overhauls but to improve the curb appeal and as always increase the value of the property.

And this house had a much smaller yard, less curb appeal, AND a shared driveway!
