I'm a sponge at the moment and I'm really enjoying the journey.

The borrower has to settle the debt...it's not going away...and there are also late taxes I would bet...which are in first position in front of the mortgage.

Hello my name is Greg I’m 35 years old I’m from the Southern California area I am new to the Real estate industry a few months ago I bought it and flipped my property in the city of Compton California my goal is to continue searching for property’s and Networking with different flippers and investors and building my portfolio for the past 11 years I have been in transportation industry I’m looking forward to this new journey ahead.

Hunter, Gore, Windham and other ski mountains should be a good bet in the winter and now that they are getting more active year-round, that should round out your reservations.The Hudson Valley Wine Trail and the multiple breweries in the HV are drawing people in from all over.

In my opinion  the agressive apartment building will eventually catch up to the demand and single family homes would be the safer bet.
