I also believe it is a great idea to meet all your potential tenants first if possible.

I am brand new to BiggerPockets and cant believe how much I've been missing out on with this great site and all its recourses, mainly all of you!

But I also believe in leverage and having good debt.

And also just curious as to what a fair price for a rundown golf course is...I believe where we’re located this could be a great opportunity.

However after further talking to him I believe he should've just hired someone else to manage the properties because he was taking too long to rehab the units sometimes taking over a year.

I believe there's opportunity in San Diego and out of state, it's a matter of what fits your criteria at the moment.
