I have my core 4 team including an experienced broker, but what I do not have is the tried & true advice of investors who have done this before. 

-Loan Extension Fees-Early Payment PenaltiesLots of good advice from everyone else above, but wanted to add this as if you can find a lender that minimizes these extra charges that can make a big difference

But their loan-signers and experience straw people are nowhere to be found as you stand in court alone.My advice is to get experience first, investors second.
