Debt investors exist but, you will likely need to provide them with equity in the deal, especially since you will be dealing with family and friends at first and smaller passive investments.

For other properties I put a picnic table in the back yard - this is much appreciated by the tenants - especially for my bachelor units/one bedroom tenants who don't have a lot of space for dinner with family and friends.

I did get a lot of BS pushback about talking to underwriter though.Next time I will prefer to deal with investor friendly lenders and rather pay a slightly higher rate then deal with incompetents of banks.

@Keionna Troupe - Hello - there are many ways to find Realtors' - on here is one way, because most of us are investment friendly - but you can always call your local offices and ask for one as well.
