In cold calling, have narrowed my focus since posing this question.

I’m seeking advice on where to invest my money next.

Maybe someone else could chime in, but for my area, 2.15 acres might be a very small park? 

Requiring an application prior to showing would never work in my market.

After looking into multiple skip tracing services and deciding on Smarter Contact, my partners and I were upset to find there were quite a few charges after paying $300 for the service; including a $140 fee to remove the "reply STOP to unsubscribe" feature.

I really needed that reminder and it took my less than 5 minuets to complete. 

It was the first one I listened to featuring someone from my area, which immediately caught my interest.

My questions are:- is it worth investing there in terms of the safety of tenants?

I converted my short-term rental to a long-term this year.

Crime has been rising a little and with my property having newer renovations and standing out a little more it’s caught some attention.
