As you get going, doing it yourself, I'm sure you'd think of ways to automate or cut down on time (other than throwing hard earned money at someone else to do it for you).

No worries though, you can get an estimate using an AVM (automated valuation model) like Zillow's Zestimate, or by getting comparable sales and calculating it yourself from Redfin, Zillow, etc.

Their automated way, which is on the low side, then you can pick your own data to figure out the comps yourself.

Internet marketing is designed to work on automation because the product is online.

Part of running your own business and working for yourself is choosing how you want to do certain things, even if they aren't as profitable, or cutting edge, or automated, or whatever.

@Larmon Cummings Jr  sending the same messages repeatedly is considered spam and triggers the automated filters. 

This is part of my business that I would like to automate but if you feel that timing is that much better with having checkbook control then maybe I will reassess my options.
