That's when land can be virtually marketable at most any price.And the lender isn't interested in finishing an incomplete project in order to protect their principal, either.My point is that any deal involving land will often not be much of a deal at all if seller financing isn't involved and you expect banks, commercial or private lenders to complete a deal.And beware the balloon!
