(Hopefully your old management company shuts down auto-pay so any payments that are initiated get rejected.)Your original lease may even have language that says you can simply notify them of changes.

I was not a member until after i bought the property and that was just to have the property auto withdraw out of my account then i did have to be a member ..i just look to talk to the head of the morgage department ..i have loans through 4 credit unions just bye cold calling and telling them what im trying to do and build from there

I suspect there is going to be some pain though for those as others have said are basically pay check to pay check.think about your auto pays don't go through it can lead to a big chain reaction.. those who don't have checking accounts not so much.check cashing places and money order stores will see big decline.
