There were some useful details offered at the training on that and some other concepts, and once I develop discipline and maturity to manage my finances and credit effectively on a consistent basis I see the validity of real estate investing as one part of an overall financial plan.

Actually, from what little I know, smells are just molecules that are 'outgassing', or giving off a gas version of the substance.

Now what actually happens at FEMA as they review the individual policy I don't know...Clint said in his post if I understand correctly they would validate against their maps.I have three properties that are along the borders of these zone maps, and I am hoping I can get out ahead with this map change.

I walked in one (owner lived in the same building), were the tenant had a tarp in the kitchen due to a months old roof leak and they were using the gas stove to heat the unit.
