The topic " how much is knowledge worth" is one I've had many people asking why i havent charged a fee for my knowledge.

She didn't truly "source" these lots, I just found them via an email blast that she set up for me.2) I would like get the new-home broker involved because of his specific knowledge and I hope that by involving him it will help to build a relationship there.

Hi Scott,Your attorney's suggestion that you have a CPA that is familiar with New York and Virginia state tax laws is a good one, but that doesn't mean you need a CPA who lives in either of those states as long as you are comfortable that he/she is knowledgable about those states. 

Is it complicated/requires specialized knowledge?

Hopefully as i grow, i can add more Canadian based knowledge to BP.

I have not regretted my choice for a minute of supporting a company that in turn 'supports' the BP Forums with their advice and knowledge.
